How to build the Ark

Find somewhere that can be bought out. Don’t try to buy it all with one entity. One thing at a time. Get permaculture professionals to analyze the land and build the community around their findings. Build smaller quaint durable houses in blocks so the backyard are communal, with rooftop gardens and fences that can withstand a zombie attack. Not real zombies but people in desperation. Secure the borders of the community without fully fencing it in so wildlife can roam. Add in all the production, farming, gardens and beautiful scenery to increase biodiversity. No till and organic farming. Build communal eateries where people in the community get together to cook the food they produce and talk about things in the community. Build the True Church. Grow hemp so we can make our own clothes. Make sure the majority of what we own comes from the community. No fast fashion. This aint a fucken fashion show. Then we shall broadcast what it looks like when you’re doing it right. In the beginning we will still need to outsource but eventually when other communities catch on we will perfect the system.
