
My sponsor got me doing a new bedtime routine. I do 30 abs, 30 day butt and legs, and 30 day splits. These are apps by the way. I don’t recommend doing this right after you eat carrot cake. Then I write in my journal, do a gratitude list and pray. I took a shower before I did all this and now I need to take another one. Otherwise, it seems like a good routine.
