Just breathe
They say
Just meditate
Just pray your heart
Then sit and wait
But I can’t sit
And I hate to wait
And my mind is too loud to meditate
And I can’t pray when I have no prayer
And I can’t breathe when there is no air
So what the hell am I to do?
When life is more than I can chew?
What works for you don’t work for me
My life is endless tragedy
I’ve played that tape a millions times
And when it’s over
It just rewinds
There’s nothing I can do to make it stop
But try to breathe
And meditate
And pray my heart out
Then sit and wait
This the kind of poem, I love to read. Good!
